Dear fellow members and TaijiZen team
I started going to Tai chi for Health developed by Dr Paul Lam from February 2018.
From these lessons, I have started to understand that I am training my mind and my body to relax, to sink, to balance, to feel chi and to not stress about little things. Amazingly 3 weeks after starting, my back pain from sciatica started to reduce.
