Hello, i'm new to this style, but not to Tai-chi.

My name is Alan and I love doing Tai-Chi, but due to my health (I suffer from blackouts you see) I find going to classes difficult, so i'm trying this Zen Style at home until my health improves.

So far i've done Chen Style Tai-Chi under a Wushu silver medalist, the Dr Paul Lamb Tai-Chi for arthritis Sun Style stuff and the Daoist Lishi Li Style Tai-Chi (which covered other stuff like Kai Men Yoga and Feng Shou).

I've completed my very first lesson of TaijiZen and i'm enjoying it alot and i'm even incorporating breathing to the Peng 'form' using what i've learnt from the previous styles too.
