Really interesting book on health and nutrition - has anyone else read it?
The main idea is that the reason we're overweight is because our body isn't getting the proper nutrients, so it keeps telling us we're hungry in hopes of getting the nutrients we lack, even after we've got more than enough calories.
So if you can make sure you get those nutrients, your body will stop telling you you're hungry all the time, and you'll lose weight naturally without the need to count calories.
The one thing I don't like is that this style of eating requires at least $50/month of supplements. To be fair though, after taking all those supplements I did feel significantly better and had way less cravings/food binge sessions.
